Kuhens Construction LLC is a family-owned construction company based in Van Buren County, Michigan, and a licensed builder (license 262601010). We focus on siding, roofing, decks and additions, and we put a starting price on the jobs we do most so you know the range before you call. We also build new homes and barndominiums, and install cabinets. Every quote is itemized and in writing. If you want to spread the cost, financing is available through our partner Hearth.

Siding

From $18,000 for an average one-story home. Trim is priced separately.

Decks

From $15,000 for a 12x16 ft pressure-treated deck, from $20,000 for cedar and from $30,000 for TimberTech composite. Price varies with size.

Roofing

From $10,000 for a standard 13-square roof with CertainTeed architectural shingles. Tear-off, underlayment and disposal included.

Kuhens Construction buys and flips its own properties. We do not build or renovate for outside investors. Every flip is built by our own crew to the same standard we bring to a customer's home, which makes it the clearest proof of how we work.
